Dojo on Google Web Toolkit

Hi,

I may be cross posting (from dojo-interest mailing list), but I think this is more active than that :)

I wanted to know if there is somebody / some-project working towards marrying Dojo and Google Web Toolkit.

Actually, we thought about the same and are putting up a project (to be hosted on SourceForge) to create the Java API for Dojo on GWT.

The entry http://eduzine.edujini-labs.com/archives/29-Dojo-on-Google-Web-Toolkit.html says all about the initiative.

Java Tag Library For DOJO

Hi All,
I am a java developer and am intrested in knowing if there is a free and open sourced java tag library that render Dojo widgets? I do not intend to tie my self up to any specific MVC framework... All I want is a plain simple tag library. I will be using dojo grids, charts, and a lot of AJAX. Please suggest.

Regards,
Yazad

Java Tag Library for Dojo

Hi All,
I am a Java Developer, I would like to know if there are any FOSS Java tag libraries available for Dojo. I mean I would like to create the Dojo Grids, charts, and other widgets with a Java tag library, rather than writing code in Javascript manually. Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Yazad

Off-Site Dojo Developer

My company is looking for a programmer with lots of Dojo experience.

Ideally we would like a full-time contractor who can work remotely. Gaggle.Net provides email, blogs and other communication tools for kids in K12 school districts. The tech team is made up of 6 remote full time contractors.

Attached is the Craig's List Ad that we recently posted. If a candidate was strong on Dojo but weaker on the other tools we might still be interested.

Thanks,

Jeff Patterson

DataStore and FilteringSelect

My problem is this: I'm having difficulty taking the JSON data I receive from a Servlet after transforming it from JSON text to a JSON Object and using it as a dojo.data.ItemFileReadStore data store in a dijit.form.FilteringSelect. Please see below for a detailed description of the problem.

Dojo developer needed for City of New York

The New York City Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT) is currently developing a mapping and analysis application for integration with Oracle’s Siebel Business Analytics. The application relies heavily on dijit widgets, the dojo event framework and dojo xhr for the user interface. Mapping data is provided by an OGC certified WFS by GeoServer as well as a basemap tiling server (similar to Google Maps).
