[dojo-contributors] 1.1 release

FYI, the 1.1 release is scheduled for:

 - feb 1:   beta
 - feb 15:  release candidate
 - march 1: release

The reason for the time-dictated release is that we need to get
something out that runs on FF3 in time for dojo's "customers" to upgrade
their websites before FF3 goes production (which is supposed to happen
in March).

Also, we've got enough changes already to warrant a release.  Some that
come to mind are:

- FF3 support
- tree DML fixed, #4552 (Jared has imminent checkin)
- input widget formatting bugs fixed (use of table abandoned)
- separate edit and display mode for widgets
- updates to tundra theme
- tooltip positioning
