[dojo-contributors] What happened to 0.5?

To clarify for Robert and those who weren't at 3D2: 0.9 will not contain
any backward compatibility code *at all*. A comprehensive porting guide
will be published, but that's going to be the extent of the 0.4.x->0.9
hand holding.
A draft API spec for 0.9 will be published soon.
