If a dojo grid contains a Hyper Link.. with the target="_blank"
then it open a new child window as you click on the link in the grid...
but when the mouse leaves focus out of that row, the child window goes in background! This is happening in IE.
In mozilla its opening new window as new tab. Is this a bug in IE?
