We're still working out some infrastructure issues.
Just tested that page and it comes up fine; we've been working on some infrastructure stuff and there are still kinks to be worked out (upgrading to beefier servers, etc.)
In general, if you're able to post a comment here, you should also be able to see the Book; so I'd suggest for now just trying the page again in a few minutes if you run across it again--at least until we've ironed out all the kinks.
