I am trying to use Dojo to handle file uploads; all of the examples I see use IframeIO, but I can't find that as a refernce in the most recent build of Dojo. Has IframeIO been renamed/replaced?

Yeah, it's at...
...dojo.io.iframe, specifically dojo.io.iframe.send.
We're having some issues with that particular object and the API tool which we have not resolved yet, but it's there and it's fully usable.
