Cookies/ URLRewriting

Hi,
When I'm using urlrewriting, dojo doesnt work fine (for example, autocomplete).
How can I disable cookies in dojo, or dojo always use cookies?

What version of Dojo are you using? Version 1.1.0 had a change to help support URL rewriting. If you are using 1.1.0 and are having a problem, a description of the failure would be helpful.
