I use tundra theme and found that the calendar widget looks different between IE and Firefox. In IE, it looks more narrow and the display month is higher than the increase/decrease arrow control. Firefox's better.

I think it is caused by the "em" font-size and padding, margin etc.
How can I make it looks the same in IE and Firefox?
