Dialog and TooltipDialog don't work on IE8

These don't work on IE8

Any plan to address the IE8 issues in the coming release?

We will address IE8 as soon

We will address IE8 as soon as MS finalizes it, e.g., releases it officially, or announces a feature freeze. Until then it is a moving target.
